Firefighter/Paramedic Jobs St. Louis
Make a difference in the lives of residents by helping to protect the community and join the BJFPD team as a firefighter/paramedic. Individuals who wish to apply to serve as a firefighter/paramedic must have a high school diploma or GED, a current State of Missouri Paramedic license, and Firefighter I and II certification from the St. Louis County Fire Standards Commission. In addition, a CPAT certification is required prior to joining the team.

• High School Diploma of GED
• Valid Paramedic License from the State of Missouri, or a NREMT-P certified Paramedic willing to obtain a State of Missouri License prior to start date
• Firefighter I & II certification from the Greater St. Louis County Fire Academy is preferred.
• Signed "Certification of Application Authorization for Release of Information Form"
• CPAT (Candidate Physical Agility Test) card upon job offer
